Morning routine playing

You carry the whole family in your head. All day long.

School bags, laundry, meds, the dog — the list in your head never empties. And even when everything is running, the feeling stays that you're about to forget something.

It's rarely that no one wants to help. It's that one person has to think of everything — because tasks are invisible until someone says them out loud. Whoever remembers, plans and checks in is working the whole time; it's just that no one sees that work. And at some point it's easier to do it all yourself than to hand it over.

That's exactly what Yumiqo changes: a small sticker takes over the remembering — and the task sits visibly where it belongs. Whoever sees it can take it on, without anyone having to ask.

"Can you just…?"
becomes, with Yumiqo: "Already done."
🧠
Mental load: thinking of everything

Who fed the dog? Have the meds been taken? With Yumiqo the whole family sees it instantly — no asking, no checking up.

🧒
Independence: kids do it themselves

"Did you pack everything?" "Can you start my audio story?" — With Yumiqo your child does it themselves. Just hold the phone to it.

🔁
Coordination: nothing twice, nothing forgotten

Two people feed the dog, but no one buys milk. When everyone sees the same status, neither happens anymore.

🧘
Clear head: really be present

When the remembering sticks in the right place, the background noise in your head gets quieter — and you're fully where you are.

Hold your phone to it. Done.

No app hunting, no clicking through, no explaining. Hold your phone to the Yumiqo — and it happens.

A Yumiqo for every part of family life.

Pick your type, answer a few questions in the app and stick it in the right place. From then on: just hold your phone to it. That's it.

🎒

School Yumiqo

On the school bag. Your child holds a phone to it — packing list, timetable and homework open instantly. No more asking.

⭐ Our centerpiece
🧺

Chores Yumiqo

On the washing machine, the bin or the cleaning cupboard. Whoever's done holds their phone to it — everyone sees what's done and whose turn it is.

Nothing gets left undone
🏠

Home Yumiqo

On the pinboard, fridge or hallway — your family's command center. Dates, to-dos and "whose turn" in one fixed place, visible to everyone.

For guests

Already in the works

🍽️

Food Yumiqo soon

Shopping list on the fridge and "dinner's ready" for everyone.

💊

Meds Yumiqo soon

For the people you care for: quickly mark that someone has already checked today.

🎯

Focus Yumiqo soon

Structure and focus in everyday life — especially helpful with ADHD.

The app you never have to open.

Tap-to-open stickers already exist — but they can only ever do one thing: open a link. Yumiqo knows your day and does the right thing: starts your child's audio story, lets the family know, remembers what you'd otherwise have to keep in your head.

No one has to remind anymore. And no one has to be reminded.

🎯
Hold your phone to it — and it happens

You set once what your Yumiqo should do. After that, holding your phone to it is enough — no app hunting, no clicking through menus.

🧒
Kids become independent

Your daughter starts her audio story herself, your son packs his bag himself — with their own phone or a family device kept within reach.

👨‍👩‍👧
The family sees it too

Dog fed? Medication taken? Everyone instantly sees the same status — no asking, no doing things twice.

📵
No new device, no hassle

No Alexa, no speaker, no smart-home setup. Just your phone, the Yumiqo app and a small sticker.

🔒
What happens in your family stays in your family

No ads, no sharing of your data. Only the people you invite yourself see your everyday life.

💭
Yumiqo thinks along — and knows when to stay quiet

Yumiqo suggests instead of acting, never nags with more than three hints — and during school holidays it definitely won't remind you about the sports kit.

It all started at the kitchen table.

Yumiqo started at my own kitchen table. My young daughter wanted to start her bedtime audiobook but couldn't tap through the app — so I built her a tag she just holds her phone to.

I build the same way families live: one real routine at a time — turning the invisible mental load of family life into something anyone can tap away.

Our mission: give families back their headspace.

Everything you might want to know

What is Yumiqo?+

Yumiqo is a small sticker or magnet that, when you tap it with your phone, instantly starts the right routine — audio story, packing list, timer, reminder. No app hunting, no clicking through. Just hold your phone to it — and it happens.

Is Yumiqo available yet?+

Not yet as a finished product. We're currently developing it together with our first families. Sign up — we'll get in touch personally when test spots open up or the product launches.

How exactly does tapping work?+

Just like contactless payment: hold your phone to it briefly — done. No QR code, no camera, no opening an app. The Yumiqo itself needs no battery and lasts for years.

Does my child need a smartphone?+

No. Parents can tap the Yumiqo themselves and go through the routine together with the child. For children from around 10 with their own phone, Yumiqo can be a real step toward more independence.

Does Yumiqo work with iPhone and Android?+

Yumiqo launches on Android first — where tapping works on all common phones from recent years. iPhone follows afterwards. Just sign up: we'll let you know as soon as it's ready for your phone.

What's the difference from a QR code?+

For a QR code you have to open the camera, aim at it and wait. Yumiqo: just hold your phone to it — done. No photo, no searching. And Yumiqo looks far nicer than a black-and-white sticker.

What does Yumiqo cost?+

That's not final yet — we're still in development. But our goal is clear: a price every family can afford. Yumiqo should make everyday life easier, not be a big purchase. Whoever joins now will be first to know when the product and price are official.

How does Yumiqo handle my data?+

Your routines stay on your phone. We don't share anything with third parties and don't use your data for advertising. What you share with your family is seen only by the people you invite yourself — transmitted encrypted. You decide who sees what.

Can I test Yumiqo already?+

That's exactly what this page is for. Sign up above and choose "Get a beta spot" — we'll get in touch personally with everything you need to try it out. The number of test spots is limited.

Will Yumiqo tie my child even more to the phone?+

No — the opposite is the goal. Tap, tick off, phone away: Yumiqo isn't about screen time, it's about finished tasks. That's why there's no streak panic, no reward tricks and no purchase incentives for kids.

Does the Meds Yumiqo replace a medical app?+

No. The Meds Yumiqo is a simple care routine: quickly mark that someone has thought of it — nothing more. It doesn't replace any medical reminder, documentation or advice.

What else have you planned?+

Quite a bit. On our list are, for example, a Baby Yumiqo for new parents ("who was up last night?"), a Travel Yumiqo — and Yumiqo for hotels and hospitality. And of course the iPhone version. We're also working on family points, where the whole family works toward a shared goal — no leaderboards, no pressure. Our beta testers help decide what comes first: tell us what you're missing.
